Rainbow Star Reiki Level II

For those who have completed Reiki 1, this 8 hour intensive offers an additional attunement that significantly increases the flow of the energy. You are given Sacred Symbols to be used for emotional & distance healing, as well as teachings to support your continued growth. A workbook is given with much information related to this level of Reiki.
Deborah has been practicing Reiki since 1995 and teaching in the Pittsburgh area since 1999. She has attuned hundreds of students from not only Pittsburgh, but Ohio, South Carolina, Louisiana, and Alaska. Shamanism is the oldest spiritual
practice on the planet. Shamanic practitioners learn how to “journey” to the
world of the spirits by means of altered states of consciousness for the purpose
of finding direction for healing, and finding lost energy, power, and vitality
to facilitate the healing process. It is possible for us to be liberated from
the pain and confusion of our lives by connecting to the Spirit world, to the
wise and compassionate beings who live there, who are eager to help us and guide
us in our lives. This is an introductory session for those who are taking or who
are thinking of taking the Saturday workshop.
About the Instructor: Dr. Alcorn
is a graduate of Yale College and earned his medical degree at Case Western
Reserve University. He is in private practice in the Cleveland area and is the
Medical Director of Alternative Paths, Inc. a community mental health center in
Medina, Ohio. He has studied shamanic practices through the Foundation for
Shamanic Studies, soul retrieval with Sandra Ingerman, and more recently “Middle
World” work with Betsy Bergstrom (various ways to clear negative energies and
influences). After more than thirty years experience as a psychiatrist and
psychotherapist, he is now incorporating shamanic techniques and hands-on energy

practice on the planet. In this workshop, participants will learn basic
journeying techniques for a variety of healing purposes. This can be of
particularly practical value for health care workers of all sorts, including
psychotherapists, massage therapists, energy workers, nurses, doctors, and
others. This workshop is intended for all, however, not just professionals in
health care fields.
You will learn how to journey for:
• Divination, or the acquisition of knowledge unavailable in other ways
• Protection from negative energies and influences
• Healing
• replacing lost soul essence

• making a relationship with a Power Animal or Totem
• making a relationship with a Teacher from the spirit world
